甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者血浆尾加压素Ⅱ的变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的通过检测甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病(甲亢性心脏病)患者血浆尾加压素Ⅱ(urotensinⅡ,UⅡ),探讨其在甲亢性心脏病中的临床意义。方法选择2009年9月至2012年12月在广西壮族自治区人民医院治疗的甲亢并甲亢性心脏病患者65例为观察组和20例健康成人为对照组,对其血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、UⅡ指标进行检测对比。结果甲亢性心脏病美国纽约心脏病协会心功能分级各组UⅡ均显著高于正常对照组(F=3.52,P<0.05);甲亢性心脏病Ⅲ-Ⅳ级组UⅡ显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);在甲亢性心脏病组患者中,UⅡ与美国纽约心脏病协会分级呈正相关(r=0.684,P<0.05)。结论血浆UⅡ水平在甲亢性心脏病患者中增高,可作为一项生化指标反映患者心功能情况,对甲亢性心脏病的诊断及治疗评价有重要价值。Objective To study the changes and the significance of Urotensin Ⅱ（UⅡ） in hyperthyroid cardiopathy.Methods FT3,FT4,UⅡ were measured in 65 patients with hyperthyroid cardiopathy who were treated in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People＇s Hospital from September 2009 to December 2012,and 20 health adult were selected as controls.Their serum level of FT3,FT4,and UⅡwere compared.Results UⅡ in the patients with hyperthyroid cardiopathy was significantly higher than that in the controls（F = 3.52,P 0.05）.UⅡ in the patients with hyperthyroid cardiopathy NYHAⅢ-Ⅳ was significantly higher than those in the rest of the groups（P 0.05）.UⅡwas positively correlated with NYHA（r = 0.684,P 0.05）.Conclusion Serum UⅡ increases in patients with hyperthyroid cardiopathy.As a biochemical indicator,it not only reflects cardiac function condition of the patients,but is also important for the diagnosis and treatment evaluation.
