摘 要:以乙醇溶液为提取溶剂,采用微波辅助法从穿破石(Radix Cudramiae)中提取总黄酮,在单因素试验的基础上采用正交试验考察乙醇溶液体积分数、料液比、微波功率及微波处理时间对总黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明,4个因素对总黄酮提取率的影响由大到小依次为微波功率、乙醇溶液体积分数、微波处理时间、料液比,优化的微波辅助法提取穿破石中总黄酮的最佳条件为乙醇溶液的体积分数60%、料液比m穿破石∶V乙醇=1∶50(g/mL)、微波功率560 W、微波处理时间90 s,此条件下穿破石中总黄酮提取率为1.96%。Total flavonoids were extracted from Radix Cudramiae by microwave-assisted method using alcohol as solvent. The effects of microwave-assisted extraction conditions, volume fraction of alcohol, solid to liquid ratio, microwave power and mi- crowave treatment time on yield of total flavonoids were studied by orthogonal experiments based on single factor tests. The results showed that the influence of extraction conditions on total flavonoids ranked from high to low was microwave power, alcohol volume fraction, microwave treatment time, solid to liquid ratio. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows, alcohol volume fraction, 60%, solid to liquid ratio ; microwave power, 560W; and microwave treatment time, 90 s. The yield of flavoniods from Radix Cudramiae under these conditions was 1.96%.
