摘　　要：为将秧苗按时、按序、准确地送到投苗口,在2YZS自走式烟草移栽机上安装了投苗检测系统,该系统以ATMEGA64单片机为核心,LCD1602为显示器,片内RAM和EEPROM为数据存储介质,利用片内10位AD采集传感器信号和片内8位PWM合成DA输出。实现了信号的采集、存储,并设计报警系统,可以防止漏苗、无苗现象的发生,从而明显改善机械作业的可靠性和自动化水平,为烟草的增产打下基础。In order to place seedlings into the outlet punctually, orderly and precisely, a seedling dropping monitor system was installed in the 2YZS self-propelled tobacco transplanting machine. In the system, the core is ATMEGA64 singlechip, the display equipment is LCD1602, data storage media are RAM and EEPROM. A 10-bit-AD achieves the acquisition of sig- nal from sensors within the singlechip, and 8-bit-PWM achieves the DA output. The system realized signal acquisition, sig- nal storage and design of warning system, prevented a leakage of seedling and no seedling. Thus, the mechanical work is highly enhanced and its automation level is increased. The system will help to increase yield of tobacco.
