摘　　要：通过对青海省农牧业科技推广体系机制建设现状及问题分析,明确了青海省农牧业科技推广体系建设增强活力长效机制的重要性,在此基础上分析了目前青海农技推广长效机制建设的目标和主要内容,并就长效机制确立的路径进行了探索,提出了建设增强活力的长效机制的对策建议。Based on the mechanism construction status quo and issue analysis of agriculture and animal husbandry science and technology extension system of Qinghai province, the importance of long-term mechanism of the agriculture and animal husbandry science and technology extension system in Qinghai province that reinforced the vitality was explicited. Based on it, the target and main contents of the construction of long-term mechanism of agriculture and animal husbandry science and technology in Qinghai province were analyzed. The path of establishing the long-term mechanism was explored, countermea- sures and suggestions of constructing long-term mechanism that reinforced the vitality were put forward.
