摘　　要：国家农村信息化示范省建设是一项需要多部门联合、多方参与的系统性、社会化重大工程。湖北在国家农村信息化示范省的建设过程中,各部门和各参与主体应秉承开放包容的理念,持有合作共赢的心态,深入推进示范省建设各项工作的顺利、有序开展。Construction of demonstration province of rural information is a systematic, socialized project that requires coopera- tion of multi-departments. In the process of constructing a national pilot of rural informatization in Hubei province, each de- partment and stakeholder should promote every field of the work to go on smoothly and orderly with the idea of open, inclu- sive and win-win attitude.
