摘  要:利用C8051F020单片机和无线收发模块设计建筑货运电梯无线控制系统。系统利用3个PT2262+无线发射模块实时监测货运电梯的发送模块电池电压数据、门限位、上限位和下限位行程开关动作并将监测的开关动作数据实时发送到监控中心;监控中心通过PT2272+无线接收模块进行预解码,预解码数据送至C8051F020单片机处理并完成系统控制交流接触器吸合与断开,从而控制交流电机正反转运行,实现货运电梯的自动和点动运行。本系统具有行程开关动作数据智能监测的无线收发、远距离传输、安全防护、低电压检测报警、灵敏度高、操作灵活的特点,空旷环境下,经测试无线传输距离超过150 m;地址编码19683种,数据编码组数可任意扩展,方便应用于各中小型及大型的建筑施工场地。Motion monitoring wireless control system and wireless transceiver module by C8051F020 is introduced in this paper.In order to monitor battery voltage data of the transmitter module,the transmitter module motion of the gateway travel switch,the upper travel switch,the lower travel switch,and transmit this data from architecture elevator to monitoring central,the system adopts three wireless transmitter module and code IC PT2262.The monitoring central decode the wireless data through the wireless receiving module and decode IC PT2272 firstly,MCU C8051F020 deals with the decoding data and control the AC contactor motion,disconnection or connection,in order to control the AC motor positive or inversion operation and realize freight elevator automatic or dynamic movement secondly.The characteristic of this sy stem is organized as follows: intelligent monitoring data of the travel switch with wireless transceiver,long distance transmission,safety,low voltage alarm,high sensitivity,and flexible operation.In open,the distance of wireless transmission of the system exceeded 150m,19683 address codes;the quantity of the data code group can be extended discretionarily.This system can be convenient for the small and medium-sized and large construction situation.
