套管寿命预测软件在盐池采油厂的应用

摘　　要：盐池采油厂的高矿化度地层水溶解氧、CO2和细菌(SRB),容易引起套管的腐蚀损坏,出现事故影响了油田的生产。基于此,运用De.Warrd模型编制套管腐蚀寿命预测软件,可以预测套管寿命,减少套损引起的事故,从而提高油田生产。Salt pond production plant is high salinity formation water dissolved oxygen,CO2 and bacteria（SRB）,it is easy to cause corrosion of the casing damage.Based on this,using De.Warrd mode to prepare Casing corrosion life prediction software,to predict casing life and to reduce the number of casing damage caused by accidents.So as to improve oil production.
