聚醚改性有机硅类手感剂的合成及应用

摘　　要：实验中以低含氢硅油和烯丙基聚醚为原料,氯铂酸为催化剂合成了具有自乳化特性的聚醚改性硅油类手感剂。初步研究了反应时间、催化剂用量及原料的选择几方面对产品性质的影响。通过在皮革上应用的对比,含氢量0.1%的硅油和双键含量为0.64 mmol/g的聚醚合成的手感剂具有最佳的爽滑油润感。Polyether-modified silicone was prepared by low-hydro silicone and allylic polyether（APE）,using chloroplatinic acid as catalyst,which can be self-emulsified.And the reaction time,amount of catalyst and the raw materials were studied on this reaction.By comparing the application in leather,the best smooth and oily feeling handle agent was synthesis by silicone of 0.1 % hydrogen content and polyether of 0.64 mmol/g allyl-content.
