摘 要:采用超声加热法合成了五配位硅化合物,进一步制备了苯乙烯基四配位硅化合物,并用其对沉淀法白炭黑进行了表面改性;采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、综合热分析仪、接触角测定仪、激光粒度分析仪及热场发射扫描电镜(SEM)对改性前后白炭黑的结构、形貌进行了表征分析,并利用橡胶加工分析仪(RPA)对混炼胶的动态机械性能进行了测试,利用万能试验机对硫化胶的力学性能进行了测试。结果表明:改性白炭黑的水接触角随苯乙烯基四配位硅用量的增加而逐渐增大;当苯乙烯基四配位硅用量为白炭黑质量的10%时,水接触角达到94.2°,拉伸强度达到6.71 MPa,断裂伸长率达到407.3%;改性后白炭黑团聚现象明显改善,粒径分布变窄,平均粒径显著减小;随着应变的增大,白炭黑自身网络结构遭到破坏,体系中填料和硅橡胶相互作用形成的网络结构增强,对分子链的束缚能力增强。Penta-coordinated silicon was synthetised by means of ultrasound and heating.The surface of precipitated silica was modified by styryl-tetra-coordinate silicon based on penta-coordinated silicon.The structure and morphology of both non-modified and modified silica were characterized and tested by Fourier transform infrared analysis(FTIR),simultaneous TG-DTA/DSC apparatus,contact angle apparatus,laser diffraction size analysis and thermal field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The dynamic mechanical properties of rubber compounds were tested by rubber process analyzer(RPA).Mechanics performance testing of vulcanized rubber was also conducted by universal testing machine.The results show that static contact angles of modified silica increase with the dosage of modifier.The maximum value of tensile strength of vulcanizates increases to 6.71 MPa and breakage elongation reaches 407.3 % in the condition of the dosage of modifier is 10 % of the mass of silica.Besides,the static contact angle of modified silica also increases to 94.2°.The dispersion is significantly improved and the average particle size of aggregate is observably reduced with narrower distribution.The network among silica fillers is destroyed while the network between fillers and silicon rubber improves with the increase of strain as well as the constraint for molecular chains.
