药品泡罩包装材料质量标准一致性研究

摘　　要：文章对药品泡罩包装材料铝箔与PVC硬片质量标准中不一致的检测项目进行研究分析,建议将热合强度中的热合温度、热合压力、试验速度及溶出物试验中的供试液制备温度修改为一致,在铝箔的阻隔性能中增加氧气透过量项目,为药品泡罩包装质量监控提供参考。The paper researched the inconsistent test items in the quality standards of the pharmaceutical press through packaging materials including aluminum foils and PVC sheet,suggesting the temperature,stress,test speed of welding strength and the test solution preparation temperature of the extraction test to be consistent and to establish the test for oxygen transmission in the barrier properties of aluminum foils,to provide reference for quality control of pharmaceutical press through packaging.
