耐低温亚硝化菌的筛选、诱变及脱氮效果研究

摘  要:通过在8℃低温条件下对活性污泥进行驯化培养,经分离筛选和紫外诱变,得到耐低温亚硝化细菌,从而实现低温下的高效脱氮效果。初筛得到6株低温亚硝化细菌,NX3和NX4的初筛氨氮降解率分别为73.61%和72.05%。紫外诱变处理后,低温亚硝化菌脱氮效率均有不同程度的提高。NX3和NX4经紫外诱变后氨氮降解率分别为81.05%和80.30%。因此,本试验筛选、诱变的耐低温亚硝化菌具有高效的脱氮效果。By domesticating and cultivating of activated sludge under the condition of 8 ℃ low temperature,after screening and ultraviolet mutagenesis treatment,get low-temperature resistant nitrite bacteria and it can achieve high efficiency of nitrogen removal.Preliminary screening got 6 strains of low temperature nitrite bacteria.In the preliminary screening,the ammonia nitrogen degradation rate of NX3 and NX4 were 73.61 % and 72.05 % respectively.After ultraviolet mutagenesis treatment,efficiency of nitrogen removal of low-temperature resistant nitrite bacteria had different degrees of improvement.The ammonia nitrogen degradation rate of NX3 and NX4 were 81.05 % and 80.30 % respectively.Therefore,the low-temperature resistant nitrite bacteria in the test by screening and ultraviolet mutagenesis had high efficiency of nitrogen removal.
