水性印铁涂料的研制及其应用

摘　　要：水性印铁涂料是以热固性水性丙烯酸树脂,水性改性聚脂树脂,氨基树脂,水等为基料,配以颜料、助剂等经分散、砂磨等工艺制作而成,应用于金属基材表面的涂布、罩光等对其起防护作用。作为传统溶剂型涂料在制造和使用过程中,大量有毒,有害等废气、废水的排放,严重污染环境和大气,对水资源和生产操作工作人员的生命健康也危害很大,而且这些传统溶剂型涂料在应用过程中,平均有50%以上的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)排放到大气中造成二次污染。因此,烘烤型水性印铁涂料正是顺应了环境保护、节能减排的社会发展要求。Water-base printing paints are based on thermosetting acrylic resin,modification of water-base polyurethane resins,amino resins,water,together with pigments,additives and other by dispersing and sand milling craft made,applied to the metal substrate surface finish of its protective role.As a traditional solvent based coatings manufactured and used in the process,a large number of toxic,harmful emission of waste gas,waste water,seriously pollute the environment and atmosphere,on water resources and the production staff＇s lives and health also great harm,but these traditional solvent based coatings in the application process,have an average of 50 % of volatile organic compounds（VOC） emissions into the atmosphere causing secondary pollution.Thus,curing water-base printing coating conforms to the social development,environmental protection,energy saving and emission reduction requirements.
