摘　　要：随着我国经济的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,饮用水的安全性问题越来越受到人们的重视。而近年来,饮用水生物稳定性相关方面的研究成为了饮用水安全研究的热点和重点。本文在对细菌生长的影响因素、饮用水生物稳定性控制指标进行分析研究的基础上,提出了一些饮用水生物稳定性的控制方式,希望为饮用水生物稳定性工作更好地进行提供一定的帮助。With the development of economy and improvement of people’s lives,the safety of drinking water problem is getting people’s attention.In recent years,the biological stability of drinking water-related research has become a hot research.In the paper,the influencing factors on the growth of bacteria in drinking water biological stability control indicators were analyzed on the basis put forward some way of controlling biological stability of drinking water,in order to make work which controls drinking water biological stability better.
