负压封闭引流技术联合皮瓣移植修复足部软组织缺损10例

摘　　要：目的探讨负压封闭引流技术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)联合皮瓣移植修复足部软组织缺损的效果。方法 1998年1月—2011年12月收治足部软组织缺损10例,在足部感染创面和污染较重的创面应用VSD技术进行处理,待感染减轻和创面新鲜后,采用皮瓣移植修复。结果 10例移植皮瓣完全成活,随访6～24个月,移植皮瓣色泽外形良好,功能恢复满意。按足部外形及功能评定:优7例,良2例,可1例。结论 VSD能改善局部血运,降低感染概率,促进肉芽生长,缩短治疗时间。VSD联合皮瓣移植是治疗足部软组织缺损的有效方法。Objective To explore the curative effect of vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） combined with skin flap in repair of soft tissue loss in feet.Methods A total of 10 patients with soft tissue loss in feet during January 1998 and December 2011 were treated with VSD technology in infected and polluted wounds,and skin flap transplantation was performed after the lighten infection and the fresh wounds appearance.Results With 6-24 months of follow-up,all flaps survived in 10 patients,and the appearance and function of flaps were satisfactory.According to the foot shape and function evaluation,there were excellent in 7 patients,good in 2 patients,and common in 1 patient.Conclusion VSD may improve the local blood supply,reduce the infection probability,promote the granulation growth and shorten the treatment time.VSD combined with flap transplantation is an effective method in treatment of soft tissue loss in feet.
