Objective To study the value of dual-source CT low-dose adaptive sequence scanning technology arrhythmias in patients with coronary CT angiography (CTA). Methods March 2011 to now missing in our hospital dual-source CTA, heart rhythm 128 patients divided into group A (conventional retrospective ECG-gated helical scan, n=84) and group B (low-dose adaptive sequential scan, n=64). Compare the two sets of dual-source CT coronary CTA image, the two groups were compared differences in radiation dose. Results According to the case of coronary artery imaging, the whole of the group A diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis〉50% specificity, sensitivity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and Group B analysis, the difference between groups was not statistically significant (P〉0.05). A group of effective dose of (8.0±0.1) mSv was significantly higher than that in group B (3.0±0.7) mSv difference was statistically significant (Z=-9.824, P=0.00). Conclusion Arrhythmia in patients with CTA, can significantly reduce the radiation dose is worthy of clinical application of dual-source CT adaptive sequence scanning technology.
