摘  要:目的分析足月新生儿高胆红素血症临床症状和发病的高危因素。方法随机抽取我院在2008—2012年期间收治的100例足月新生儿高胆红素血症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者比蓝光照射、肝酶诱导剂等综合治疗,并在治疗过程中,监测患者的症状以及胆红素值。结果本组患者在经过入院综合治疗后,患者的黄疸消退,同时,胆红素值出恢复正常,其中,95例痊愈,5例自动放弃治疗,本组100例患者中,均未发生无效死亡及红素脑病及其他病因治疗无效导致死亡。结论导致足月新生儿引发高胆红素血症的首要因素为感染,其次是ABO溶血,围产因素等,为此要加强对这些高危因素的分析,同时,蓝光照射可以有效降低血清胆红素,并具有一定的安全性,是治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的首选方法。Objective To analyze term neonates with hyperbilirubinemia onset of clinical symptoms and risk factors. Methods randomly selected hospital admitted during 2008--2012 100 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in term clinical data were retrospectively analyzed all patients than blue light, comprehensive treatment of liver enzyme-inducing agents, and during treatment, monitor the patient's symptoms and bilirubin values. ResuRs The patients in the combined treatment after admission, the patient's jaundice, while a normal bilirubin values, in which 95 cases cured, 5 cases to give up treatment, the group of 100 patients, were not an invalid death and red pigment and other causes of encephalopathy therapy lead to death. Conclusion Causes term neonates with hyperbilirubinemia caused by the primary factor for the infection, followed by ABO hemolytic, perinatai factors, this should strengthen the analysis of these risk factors, while the blue light can effectively reduce serum bile red pigment, and has a certain degree of security, is the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia preferred method.
