康乐保保护膜保护法应用于小儿肠造口术后瘘周皮炎的护理分析

摘　　要：目的通过与其他应用于小儿肠造口术后瘘周皮炎护理的方法相比较,讨论康乐保保护膜保护法在小儿肠造口术后发生瘘周皮炎护理上的优点。方法抽出从2011年1月—2012年10月在该院进行肠造口手术发生瘘周皮炎的85例患儿进行分组护理。结果在对42例患儿临床观察中,通过对两种护理方法对比得出:采用康乐保保护膜保护法护理瘘周皮炎患儿效果显著。结论小儿肠造口术后发生瘘周皮炎护理难度大,根据我院临床护理经验,采用康乐保保护膜+造口袋进行小儿肠造口护理,对瘘周皮炎的发生有很好的预防和治疗效果。Objective Through and other applications in small intestine colostomy infant nursing methods were compared, and discuss the protection film in the infant small intestine colostomy on nursing advantages. Methods Hand from our college is undergoing treatment of small intestine colostomy infant patients random extraction 85 cases of intestinal colostomy patients, the clinical observation, analysis intestinal colostomy in treatment of children＇s presence during clinical characteristics; On the other hand, im in colostomy on nursing take cover method, sudden leakage method and protection of protective film. Results In 85 cases of small intestinal colostomy patients clinical observation, through the three nursing methods contrast draw： the protection of protective film appear red situation with other two kinds of basic nursing methods, break the skin situation was obviously reduce, occurrence canker situation to a minimum, as a whole case, the protection of protective film is ideal. Conclusion Discuss artificial pocket in the adult group application technology is mature, the effect is better also, but not for infants. The protection of our protective film in infants and young children made small mouth care, through the clinical observation found that a party to the traditional method of nursing method has obvious advantages.
