摘　　要：目的总结主动脉瓣狭窄伴严重钙化患者行主动脉瓣置换的治疗经验。方法收治93例主动脉瓣狭窄伴严重钙化患者进行回顾性分析。结果住院死亡2例,其它各种并发症28例。91治愈出院,随访近中期疗效好。结论主动脉瓣置换术是治疗主动脉瓣钙化严重狭窄的有效方法。Objective To summarize the aortic stenosis in patients with severe calcification of aortic valve replacement treatment experience. Methods 93 patients with aortic stenosis associated with severe calcification were analyzed retrospectively. Results 2 patients died in hospital, and other forms of 28 cases of complications. 91 cured and discharged, follow-up JinZhongQi curative effect is good. Conclusion Aortic valve replacement is an effective method in treatment of aortic valve calcification of severe stenosis.
