摘 要:随着城市化进程的加快,城市基础设施建设在城市发展中的地位越来越重要,为提高城市基础设施规划与建设的科学性与效率性,综合GIS技术与数据库技术、计算机技术,服务于城市规划与决策已成为现代城市建设与规划的重要趋势,本文重点阐述了国内外在提高市政基础设施规划与建设方面的有效做法,提出提高城市基础设施规划与管理水平的措施与途径,并提出将GIS技术引入市政基础设施项目规划与管理,以城市环卫设施布局分析与道路建设拆迁为应用案例,分析了GIS在其规划与建设方面的辅助决策功能,力求为城市市政基础设施建设的科学决策提供有效技术支撑。With the acceleration of the process of city,city infrastructure construction becomes more and more important in city development in order to improve the scientificalness and efficiency of the planning and constructing of city infrastructure,integrating GIS technology,computer technology and database technology which serve the city planning and decision-making have become an important trend of modern city construction and planning.This paper states the effective practices to improve municipal infrastructure planning and construction at home and abroad,puts forward measures and ways of improving city infrastructure planning and management level,and proposes the introduction of GIS technology into the planning and management of municipal infrastructure projects,then by taking the city sanitation facilities layout analysis and road construction as the application case,we analyze the GIS's decision-making function in planning and construction,and strive to provide effective technology support for scientific decision of city municipal infrastructure.
