216例慢性肥厚性鼻炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的对慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床治疗方法进行探讨和分析。方法该院在2008年6月—2012年12月期间收治了216例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者,将这些患者进行随机分组,分成治疗组(160例)和对照组(56例);对照组:对患者使用鼻腔喷药进行治疗;治疗组:在对照组的基础上,对患者使用下鼻甲低温等离子打孔减容手术进行治疗;比例两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组:治愈患者有149例,占93.1%;好转患者有9例,占5.6%;无效患者有2例,占1.3%;治疗总有效率为98.7%。对照组:治愈患者有30例,占53.6%;好转患者有10例,占17.9%;无效患者有16例,占28.5%;治疗总有效率为71.5%。比例两组患者的治疗有效率,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者采用下鼻甲低温等离子打孔减容手术进行治疗,具有非常好的临床治疗效果,有效地减轻了患者的痛苦,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To discuss the clinical treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis and analysis. Ratio of two groups of patients treatment effectiveness, the treatment group was better than control group, difference has statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Using inferior turbinate in patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis low-temperature plasma punching capacity reduction surgery treatment, has the very good clinical effect, effectively relieve the pain of patients, improve patient＇s quality of life.
