糖尿病低血糖中医治疗临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中医治疗糖尿病低血糖的方式与临床效果。方法选取糖尿病低血糖患者60例,依照随机平均分为治疗组与对照组,对照组给予一般性西医治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上予以中药辨证组方治疗,对比不同疗法下两组患者治疗效果。结果①治疗组综合疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者低血糖完全得到控制14例(46.67%)、低血糖基本得到控制16例(53.33%)、低血糖控制无效0例(0.00%),对照组患者低血糖完全得到控制7例(23.33%)、低血糖基本得到控制19例(63.34%)、低血糖控制无效4例(13.33%)。②治疗组患者低血糖控制率达100.00%,明显高于对照组的86.67%。③治疗组治疗预后效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组未见毒副作用及病情复发;对照组死亡2例,病情复发2例。结论中医辨证疗法应用于糖尿病低血糖临床治疗中,可有效控制低血糖、降低病情复发率及死亡率,无毒副作用,可有效提升糖尿病患者治疗效果及生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine for treating diabetic with hypoglycemia. Methods 60 cases of diabetic patients with hypoglycemia were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group. The control group was taken the routine western medicine treatment. The treatment group was taken the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）treatment based on the routine western medicine as well as the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results ①the comprehensive effect of the treatment group was better than the control group, and there was statistical significance （P〈 0.05）. There were 14 cases completely controlled （46.67%）, 16 cases controlled （53.33%）, 0 cases out of controlled （0%）in the treatment group. There were 7 cases completely controlled （23.33%）, 19 cases controlled （63.34%）, 4 cases out of controlled （13.33%）in the control group. ②the glycemic control rate of the treatment group was 100%, significantly higher than that of the control group （88.67%）. ③the prognosis of treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）. There was no side effects and recurrence in the treatment group, and there were 2 cases of death, 2 cases of recurrence in the control group. Conclusion TCM therapy can be used in the treatment of diabetic with hypoglycemia. It can control the hypoglycemia and reduce recurrence and mortality, and it has no side effects. So it can effectively improve the treatment effect and the quality of life in patients with diabetes.
