摘 要:采用共表面活性剂法和嫁接法合成了孔道结构高度有序、粒径均匀且孔径较大的嵌段中孔材料SBA-15(SH),通过N2吸附脱附实验测得材料的孔径为7.8 nm,比表面积为629 m2/g,孔容为1.32 cm3/g,核磁共振与红外光谱结果显示巯基的覆盖率达65%。探讨了嵌段中孔材料SBA-15(SH)动态吸附重金属离子的原理和最佳条件。在pH=7.5,常温下,Hg2+,Cd2+,Pb2+,Ag+,Cr3+,Cr6+,Cu2+,Mn2+和Zn2+可被该材料定量吸附,动态吸附容量分别为17.1,18.7,22.6,12.7,9.7,10.8,10.8,19.2和15.5 mg/g,吸附的重金属离子可用6 mol/L HCl-2 g/L硫脲洗脱,采用原子荧光和原子吸收法测定过柱前后溶液及洗脱液中重金属离子的含量,加标回收实验显示回收率在89.2%~109.6%之间。本方法用于环境水样的处理和测定,结果满意。Block copolymer mesoporous material SBA-15 (SH) was synthesized through me cosoivent and grafted method. Nitrogen adsorption technique showed that highly ordered circle channels and large meso- porous size was 7.8 nm, surface area was 629 m2/g and pore volume was 1.32 cm3/g. Solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance spectra suggested that the thiol coverage of the monolayers was 65%. The optimal condi- tions and the adsorbing principle for the determination were studied. Under conditions of pH=7.5 and normal temperature, mercury, cadmium, lead, silver, chromium, copper, manganese and zinc etc could be adsorbed on the block copolymer mesoporous material SBA-15 (SH) , then eluted with 6 mol/L HCI+2 g/L thiourea and determined by atomic fluorescence and atomic absorption spectrometry. The adsorption capacities were Hg^2+ 17.1 rag/g, Cd^2+ 18.7 mg/g, Pb^2+ 22.6 mg/g, Ag^+ 12.7 mg/g, Cr^3+ 9.7 mg/g, Cr^6+ 10.8 mg/g, Cu^2+ 10.8 rag/g, Mn^2+ 19. 2 mg/g, and Zn^2+ 15. 5 mg/g. The recoveries of those heavy metal ions were 96.4% -104.0%. The proposed method has been applied for the determination and treatment of heavy metal ions in environmental water with satisfactory results.
