摘 要:为揭示所获叶色突变体的特征特性,对上海交通大学通过60Coγ-射线辐射诱变获得的粳稻9522中脉白化突变体及野生型进行生物学特性的比较观察,以期为后续的研究提供理论基础和应用指导。结果表明,突变体叶色表现为中脉白化。突变体与野生型的生育时期、主茎总叶片数及叶龄动态均无明显差异。突变体形态农艺性状表现较明显的负效应的是倒4叶夹角>倒2叶夹角>有效穗数>株高,正效应的是绿叶总面积>主茎绿叶数>倒4叶面积>剑叶面积。突变体产量性状表现较明显的负效应的是空粒数>二次枝梗数≈单株产量>穗颈粗>总粒数>结实率,正效应的是一次枝梗数。Comparative observations of biological characteristics between japonica rice 9522 (wild type)and white midrib mutant derived from japonica rice 9522 with 60Coγ-ray radiation induction by Shanghai Jiao Tong Univer- sity were conducted in order to reveal their characteristics to provide theoretical basis and application gudiement for the future researches. The results showed that midrib color of mutant leaf was white. The differences of growth stage, total leaves in main stem and leaf age dynamics between mutant and wild type weren't obvious. Comparing with wild type, the obviously negative effects of morphological and agronomic traits in mutant were the order of reciprocal 4th leaf angle〉reciprocal 2th leaf angle〉effective panicles〉plant height, the greatly positive ef- fects were the rank of total areas of green leaves〉total leaves in main stem〉reciprocal 4th leaf area〉flag leaf ar- ea;the markedly negative effects of yield traits in mutant were the order of empty grains〉the second branches of panicle-yield per plant〉the width of panicle neck〉total grains〉seed-setting rate,the positive effects was the first branches of panicle.
