摘  要:以某单轴并联混合动力客车为对象,提出一种换挡规律逆向试验解析方法。根据假设的换挡参数,设计试验解析流程,进行实车测试,分析油门开度、车速、电池SOC、电机转矩、发动机转矩和电机与发动机合成输出转矩对换挡的影响,得知油门开度和车速是换挡参数。最后通过不同油门开度、不同路况和驾驶风格换挡测试,成功解析出换挡规律,验证了解析方法的正确性。Taking a single-shaft parallel hybrid electric bus as objective, a reverse test analytical method for shift schedule is proposed. First the test procedure is designed based on the shifting parameters assumed.
