摘 要:基于科技竞争力3个方面的要素,分析了R&D产业对提升城市科技竞争力的重要意义。科技实力对R&D产业发展起着决定性作用;科技创新是R&D产业成长的内在驱动力,对R&D产业的成长起支撑作用;科技转化是R&D产业技术成果市场化、商品化的关键步骤,是科技创新的重要支撑;R&D产业的良性成长是促进城市科技竞争力的重要保障,对区域经济和科技发展至关重要。最后,针对中国R&D产业成长实践,提出了相关政策建议。This article is based on three aspects of science and technology competitiveness elements , carefully analyses the RD link between industry and city competitiveness of science and technology.And have some conclusions : The survival of the soil strength of science and technology is RD industry , role to play in precondition of RD industry development ; Innovation of science and technology RD industry growth is the intrinsic driving force , play a supporting role for the growth of RD industry ; Technological achievements transformation of science and technology is RD industry marketization , commercialization , the key steps is the significant support of science and technology innovation ; Benign growth of the RD industry is the important safeguard , promote the urban competitiveness of science and technology in regional economy and technology development has the vital role.Finally , in view of China's RD industry growth practice puts forward some improvement ideas and relevant policy recommendations.
