摘 要:目的观察归芪五子方对汽油尾气所致睾丸损伤模型大鼠精子凋亡率、睾丸组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)水平的影响。方法以气管滴定法复制汽油尾气睾丸损伤模型,并给予归芪五子方治疗,检测大鼠精子凋亡率及睾丸组织SOD、NOS、MDA水平。结果归芪五子方大剂量组精子凋亡率显著低于模型组(P<0.05);与模型组比较,归芪五子方大剂量组大鼠睾丸组织SOD水平显著升高,NOS、MDA水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论归芪五子方对汽油尾气所致睾丸损伤模型大鼠精子凋亡有一定抑制作用,机制可能为减少大鼠睾丸组织内自由基生成,提高其抗自由基能力。Objective To observe the effect of Guiqi wuzifang on sperm apoptosis and the level of SOD, MAO and MDA in testicular injury induced with gasoline exhaust in rat and reveal the therapeutic mechanism of oligosperm and asthenospermia. Methods The testicular tissue injured model was established by gasoline exhaust through intratracheal instillation and then treated with Guiqi wuzifang. The rate of sperm apoptosis and the level of SOD, NOS and MDA in the rats were detected. Results The rate of sperm apoptosis in the rats treated with high-dose of Guiqi wuzifang was significantly lower than that of the model group(P〈0.05). Guiqi wuzifang at high dose could significantly increase the level of SOD and decrease the levels of NOS and MDA, as compared with the model group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Guiqi wazifang has certain inhibitory effect on sperm apoptosis in gasoline exhaust induced testicular injury in rats. The possible underlying mechanism associated with reduction of free radicals and increase of anti-free radicals ability caused by Guiqi wuzifang.
