摘　　要：社区是构成城市的基本单元,也是各类灾害承受的主体,社区的紧急应急和减灾防灾的功能显得尤为重要。社区灾害风险的防治是社会管理学领域中亟待解决的重大问题,也是计算机数学应用到应急管理中的一个重要方面,其研究对于提高人们的抵御灾害的能力,促进社会和谐稳定发展具有重要意义。基于社区的灾害风险减缓为研究对象,利用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法模型,对社区灾害风险的脆弱性进行了综合评价,并通过实验结果与实际情况做了对比,结果表明,本文的评价方法具有一定的有效性。Community constitutes the basic unit of a city and thus the bearer of various disasters.Community＇s function of emergency response and disaster mitigation and prevention thus becomes especially important.Community-based disaster risk prevention has been a remarkable problem demanding prompt solution in the field of social management and challenging the application of computer mathematics in emergency management.The study on it helps increase people＇s ability to resist disasters and promote social harmony and stability.Taking community-based disaster risk mitigation as the study object and by means of the analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,this research has made a comprehensive vulnerability assessment of community-based disaster risk. Comparison between the experimental results and the actual situation proves the validity of the research method.
