摘　　要：目的探讨《手术安全核查表》在手术室安全管理中的应用效果。方法建立严格的手术安全核查制度及制定《手术安全核查表》,按照《手术安全核查表》核查的标准流程进行手术。结果手术室实施《手术安全核查表》的核查流程以来,提高了手术患者的手术安全系数和手术室的工作质量和满意度,无不良事件的发生。结论实施《手术安全核查表》的核查流程可为手术室的安全管理和优质服务提供重要的保证。Objective To study the applicable effect of the checking form of operation safety in safety management in operating theatre.Methods Firstly,to establish the strict rules of operational theatre safety and come up with the checking form of operation safety,and then request the surgeries are operated according to the form.Results After the form used,the safety factors,working quality and satisfaction all improved,and no medical mistake,dispute happened.Conclusion The application of the checking form of operation safety guarantees the operating theatre safety management and advantage medical service.
