1462例颅脑手术患者在麻醉苏醒期的观察及并发症护理

摘　　要：目的总结1462例颅脑手术患者在脑外复苏室麻醉苏醒期常见并发症及护理。方法对2011年10月～2012年9月行颅脑神经外科手术的患者带气管导管术毕返回脑外复苏室进行监护,在麻醉苏醒期间出现的各种并发症及护理方法进行分析。结果在麻醉苏醒期出现了112例低氧血症,218例高血压,16例苏醒延迟,38例寒顫,108例术后躁动,5例恶心、呕吐,3例带气管导管返回病房。结论对1462例患者进行积极有效严密观察和护理措施,能有效降低颅脑手术患者在麻醉苏醒期相关并发症的发生率。Objective To summary the common complications and nursing care of 1462 post-neurosurgery patients in N-PACU.Methods Post-neurosurgery patients with endotracheal tube in place in N-PACU from Oct.2011 to Sep.2012 were monitored.Reasons for complications and approaches of nursing care to manage the complications during anesthesia recovery period.Results During anesthesia recovery period,there are 112 patients with hypoxemia,218 patients with hypertension,16 patients with delayed recovery,38 patients with chills,108 patients with delirium,5 patients with nausea and vomiting,and 3 patients were transferred back to the ward with endotracheal tube in place.Conclusion 1462 post-neurosurgery patients were closely monitored and active nursing care was performed,which were both effectively reduce the rate of relative complications occurred in post-neurosurgery patients during anesthesia recovery period.
