摘　　要：目的采用股四头肌腱带髌骨骨块胫骨双隧道重建后交叉韧带(PCL)疗效观察。方法回顾2009年6月～2011年3月共12例单纯PCL断裂患者,采用股四头肌腱带髌骨骨块胫骨双隧道重建,股骨端使用阻滞螺钉固定,胫骨端使用阻滞螺钉加螺钉栓桩双重固定。结果 12例患者均得以随访,随访时间9～20个月(平均12.5个月),所有患者膝关节活动度均正常,Lysholm评分术前(51±6.3)分,术后末次随访(92±4.5)分,P<0.05;IKDC2000评分术前(49±2.5)分,术后(90±5.6)分,P<0.05;伸膝肌力均达到5级;胫骨后沉征均阴性;2例术后残留PDTⅠ°阳性,其余均阴性;2例术后存在深蹲膝前痛,其余无膝前痛。结论采用股四头肌腱带髌骨骨块胫骨双隧道重建PCL治疗单纯PCL断裂效果确切,膝关节稳定性恢复好,短期随访结果满意。Objective To investigate the effect of a new technique that is arthroscopically assisted posterior cruciate ligament（PCL） reconstruction using double bundle quadriceps tendon-bone autograft.Methods There were 12 patients which were diagnosed PCL rupture been reconstructed using double bundle quadriceps tendon-bone autograft from Jun 2009 to Mar 2011.The PCL reconstruction femoral side was fixed with interference screw,the tibial double tunnel were fixed with interference screws and post screw.Results The mean follow-up time post-operation was 12.5 months（from 9 to 20 months）.The posterior drawer test 2 knees were Ⅰ,3 knees wereⅡ,and 7 knees were negative.Pre-and post-operative Lysholm knee scores were（51±6.3） points and（92±4.5） points,respectively（P0.05）;Pre-and post-operative IKDC knee scores were（49±2.5） points and（90±5.6） points,respectively（P0.05）.Conclusion Posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction using double bundle quadriceps tendon-bone autograft the technique is effective,reliable in clinic.
