摘  要:目的探讨新生儿窒息后心肌酶谱水平及其动态改变。方法窒息组新生儿85例(轻度窒息66例,重度窒息19例),正常对照组56例。将轻度窒息新生儿随机分为果糖治疗组及常规治疗组。检测各组新生儿出生2~24h及生后第5d的心肌酶谱。结果①轻度窒息组、重度窒息组心肌酶谱均较对照组高(P<0.05),且重度窒息组较轻度窒息组增高更明显(P<0.05);②对照组、轻度窒息常规治疗组及果糖治疗组出生5d时的心肌酶谱差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均较出生时显著下降(P<0.05)。结论新生儿窒息后心肌酶谱增高,窒息程度越重,增高越显著。轻度窒息新生儿无论是否给予保护心肌治疗,出生5d时的心肌酶谱差异无统计学意义。Objective To investigate the dynamic change of myocardial enzyme after neonatal asphyxia.Methods Eighty five neonates with asphyxia were classified into mild asphyxia group(66 cases) and severe asphyxia group(19 cases) according to the degree of asphyxia.Mild asphyxia group was randomly divided into two subgroups: fructose treatment group and routine treatment group.The control group included 56 normal neonates.The myocardial enzyme in all groups was tested at 2~24h and at 5d after birth.Results ①The myocardial enzyme in mild asphyxia group and severe asphyxia group was significantly higher than that in control group(P0.05).Meanwhile,the myocardial enzyme in severe asphyxia group was higher compared with mild asphyxia group(P0.05).②The myocardial enzyme of control group,routine treatment group and fructose treatment group significantly decreased at day 5 compared with that at 2~24h after birth.No significant differences were observed between control group,routine treatment group and fructose treatment group regarding to the myocardial enzyme at day 5.Conclusion The myocardial enzyme increased with the degree of asphyxia: the severer the asphyxia,the higher the myocardial enzyme.Regarding the myocardial enzyme at day 5,no significant difference was observed whether protective myocardial treatment were given or not.
