高压氧联合药物治疗突发性耳聋临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的分析高压氧、药物单用联用治疗突发性耳聋临床疗效。方法取本院2010年4月～2012年4月收治的突发性耳聋患者84例作为研究对象,随机分为单独使用药物组、单独使用高压氧组、联合治疗组各28例,比较三组疗效等。结果联合治疗组患者的治疗效果明显优于其他两组患者(P<0.05)。结论高压氧与药物联合治疗突发性耳聋可以提高疗效,减轻负面情绪。Objective To analysis the clinical curative effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with medicine in sudden deafness.Methods 84 cases were divided randomly into separately use drug group,hyperbaric oxygen group and combination therapy group,the clinical curative effect and the negative emotions scores werw compared.Results The effect of combined treatment group was obviously superior to the other two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with drug in the teratment of sudden deafness can effectively enhance the curative effect.
