摘　　要：目的探讨悬吊式无气腹腹腔镜在子宫肌瘤剔除术中的手术护理配合方法。方法对40例子宫肌瘤患者采用悬吊式无气腹腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的手术配合过程和围手术期护理进行回顾分析和总结。结果 20例子宫宫肌瘤患者均在悬吊式无气腹腹腔镜下完成子宫肌瘤剔除术,术后患者均安全返回病房并顺利康复出院,局部无血肿、切口无感染。结论充分的器械准备是保障手术安全的必要因素,悬吊式无气腹腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除手术,不但具备普通腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的优点,而且避免了由于气腹压力过高引起的皮下气肿、高碳酸血症、气体血栓、肠麻痹等,提高了手术的安全系数。Objective To observe nursing cooperation method in gasless laparoscopic myomectomy with suspension.Methods We retrospectively analyzed and summarized 40 cases of hysteromyoma operative cooperation procedure and perioperative nursing in gasless laparoscopic myomectomy.Results 20 cases of hysteromyoma were smoothly operated upon in gasless laparoscopic myomectomy,and all postoperative patients were safely back ward and out from hospital.All postoperative patients＇ operative sites have no hematoma,and their operative incisions have no infection.Conclusion Equipment preparation is necessary to protect the safety of operation factors.The gasless laparoscopic myomectomy with suspension,not only has the common advantages of laparoscopic myomectomy,but also can avoid the subcutaneous emphysema caused by high pneumoperitoneum pressure,hypercapnia,gas blood clots,and intestinal paralysis.Therefore the gasless laparoscopic myomectomy with suspension may improve safety coefficient of the procedure,and may be one of the gynecological development direction.
