一体化管理理念在提高肿瘤放疗护理工作效率中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的观察一体化管理理念在提高肿瘤放疗护理工作效率中的效果。方法将2011年10月～2013年2月进行放疗的82例肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组每组各41例,对照组接受常规管理理念管理下的护理干预,观察组则以一体化管理理念干预下的护理模式进行护理,将两组患者护理期间的护理工作效率及护理前后的生活质量进行比较。结果观察组患者接受护理期间的护理工作效率优于对照组,患者接受护理后的生活质量也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论一体化管理理念在提高肿瘤放疗护理工作效率中的效果较佳,也更受患者的欢迎。Objective To observe the effect of integrated management concept in improving the work efficiency of radiation oncology nursing.Methods 82 patients with tumor and treated with radiotherapy from October 2011 to February 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 41 cases in each group,the control group were intervened with nursing guided by routine management concept,the observation group were intervened with nursing mode guided by ntegrated management concept,then the nursing work efficiency and life quality before and after nursing of two groups were compared.Results The work efficiency of patients intervened by observation group were both better than those intervened by control group,life quality after nursing were better than those of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of integrated management concept in improving the work efficiency of radiation oncology nursing is better,it is more welcomed by patients.
