摘　　要：血管性疾病是累及全身重要脏器动脉的系统性病症,它与众多代谢异常的危险因素如高血压、高血脂、糖尿病、高尿酸、高同型半胱氨酸血症等有关,并导致进行性的动脉血管系统损伤,最终引发血管性事件如心肌梗死、脑卒中、外周血管病的发生。而导致上述疾病的病理生理基础为供应上述脏器的血管发生了病变,表现为动脉硬化、动脉粥样硬化等。因而,从根本上降低心脑血管疾病导致的致死、致残后果,不仅仅要重视和治疗严重血管事件,更重要的是早期检测血管病变,早期干预、早期预防,避免终末期血管事件的发生。全身血管病防治的关键为早期血管病变检测,通过超声等各种无创的检测技术、脉搏波速度、心踝血管指数、踝臂指数等,早期评估血管病变,并通过以社区医疗和全科医疗为主体、三级医院为龙头的模式,进行有效的血管健康管理,使血管病从早期预防、发病后的治疗和后期的康复构成完整的患者服务系统。血管医学是最贴近于基础研究和临床研究的学科,实验室创立的无创检测血管内皮功能等的检测技术最终都服务于临床,成为临床上早期血管病变重要的检测手段,血管医学最终会成为转化医学的主阵地。Vascular-related disease is a systemic disease involving global artery of vital organs.It is correlated with many vascular risk factors such as hypertension,hyperlipidemia,diabetes mellitus,uric acid and homocysteine which lead to progressive vascular system damage,finally resulting to fatal vascular events such as myocardial infarction,stroke and peripheral vascular disease.However,the pathophysiology of these diseases is the injury of vascular wall,called arteriosclerosis or atherosclerosis.So the strategy of early detection,assessment,prevention and intervention of vascular lesion becomes more important in order to reduce the incidences of death and disability of above diseases apart from the treatment of serious vascular events.Non-invasive detection technology such as pulse wave velocity,cardio-ankle vascular index and ankle-brachial index has become the main methods of early vascular lesion evaluation system.In addition to these non-invasive technologies,community health care and general medical care are also needed to found a service system including the early detection,treatment and rehabilitation of vascular-related diseases.Vascular medicine is also the linkage of basic science and clinical research.Many noninvasive technology of endothelial function founded in laboratory has been widely used in clinical diagnosis and treatment.And vascular medicine will finally become the main field of translational medicine.
