摘　　要：淀粉样变是一组因蛋白质分子异常折叠所致的淀粉样蛋白或称淀粉样物质在组织器官中沉积的综合征。不同来源的淀粉样蛋白将淀粉样变性分为多种类型。心脏是常见的累及部位,临床表现多样但缺乏特异性。并且由不同类型的淀粉样蛋白引起疾病的机制及预后各异。早期明确诊断淀粉样蛋白的类型,对治疗措施的选择尤为重要。现就近年来对心脏淀粉样变性病因及发病机制的研究做一综述。The systemic amyloidoses are a group of complex diseases caused by tissue deposition of misfolded proteins that results in progressive organ damage.According to the different types of amyloid,amyloidosis is divided into many types.Cardiac involvement in amyloidosis is common,but symptoms may be nonspecific.Furthermore,the underlying pathogenesis and prognosis varies with each type of amyloid.So,early diagnosis of the type of amyloid is particularly important to choose the right treatment measures.Herein,we aim to provide an overview of current research on the etiology and pathogenesis of cardiac amyloidosis.
