海南伴随金融体系运行效率评价

摘　　要："国际旅游岛"战略使得金融业将在很长时期内担当海南经济发展"服务员"角色,这决定了海南金融的发展与创新方向———伴随性金融体系。论题基于网络层次分析法ANP构建地区伴随性金融体系运行效率评价模型,通过海南与其他发达地区金融体系效率对比,分析出海南伴随性金融体系的不足,并提出对策建议,以推进"伴随性金融"创新服务体系的形成。The strategy of ＂International Tourism Island＂ makes the financial industry the ＂attendant＂ in Hainan＇ s economic development in a long period, which determines the direction of Hainan＇ s financial development and innovation, namely the attendant financial system. The paper constructs a model for operation efficiency evaluation of regional attendant financial system on the basis of Analytic Network Process. Comparing the efficien- cy of financial system in Hainan with that in other developed areas, the study analyzes the weaknesses of attendant financial system in Hainan and puts forward some corresponding measures to promote the formation of innova- tive service system of attendant finance.
