摘 要:采用SEM、XRD观察并研究SPHC热轧板卷不同位置表面氧化铁皮的微观形貌、相结构及其组成比,探讨冷却速率、环境因素对SPHC热轧板卷表面氧化铁皮的形貌和相组成比的影响规律。结果表明,在20m取样位置1/2处冷却速度较低、处于贫氧状态,SPHC热轧板表面氧化皮基本为Fe3O4单相,随着冷却速率的提高,FeO相逐渐增多,1/8处呈Fe3O4和FeO两相结构,相组成比约为Fe3O4∶FeO=66.9∶31.9,氧化铁皮厚度均为8μm左右;在1m取样位置1/2处冷却速度较低、处于富氧状态,表面氧化皮基本呈Fe3O4和Fe2O3两相,组成比约为Fe2O3∶Fe3O4=39.8∶56.5,随着冷却速率的提高,相组成转变为FeO、Fe3O4和Fe2O3,组成比约为Fe2O3∶Fe3O4∶FeO=25.3∶43.3∶31.4,氧化铁皮厚度均为12μm左右。Abstract.. The surface morphology, phase structure and composition ratio in different position of iron oxide scale of SPHC hot rolled steel plates was observed and studied by SEM and XRD. The effect at different cooling rate and different environments (ox ygen poor, oxygen-rich), which is about the surface morphology on oxide scale and phase composition ratio rule of SPHC hot rolled steel plates was discussed. The results show that the 20m sampling position 1/2 of SPHC hot rolled plate is a single Fe2O3 and the thickness of scale is about 8μm, in which the cooling rate is low and the oxygen state is poor. With the increasing of cool ing rate, the FeO is increased gradually, the phase composition ratio is Fe3O4: FeO=66.9 : 31.9 of the 20m sampling position 1/2 of SPHC hot rolled plate The 1 m sampling position 1/2 of SPHC hot rolled plate is FeO and Fe2O3 and the phase composition ratio is Fe2O3 : Fe3O4 =39.8 : 56.5, in which the cooling rate is low and the oxygen state is rich. With the increasing of cooling rate, the phase composition ratio is Fe2O3 : Fe3O4 : FeO=25.3 : 43 3 : 31.4 and the thickness of scale is about 12μm.
