摘 要:针对热轧卷取过程中带材与夹送辊之间的局部硌伤问题,在大量现场试验与理论研究的基础上,充分考虑到夹送辊的不均匀磨损、带材跑偏、板凸度、夹送辊热凸度、夹送辊倾斜等因素对夹送辊与带材之间夹紧力横向分布的影响,从辊系弹性变形模型入手,建立了一套适合于热轧卷取过程夹送辊夹紧力横向分布模型,给出了相应的局部硌伤判断条件,编制出了热轧卷取机夹送辊夹紧力横向分布及硌伤判断模拟软件,并将其应用到生产实践,定量分析了夹送辊不均匀磨损等因素对夹送辊夹紧力横向分布的影响,为现场夹送辊的正确使用奠定了坚实的理论基础。For the local hard injury problems between strip and pinch roll on the hot rolling coiling process, on the basis of a large number of field tests and theoretical researehes, fully considering the factors such as uneven wear of pinch roll, strip running de- viation, plate crown, pinch roll thermal crown, pinch roll tilt etc, which have an influence on the lateral distribution of clamping force between the pinch roll and strip, from the model of elastic roll system deformation, a set of model was formed, which is suitable for the lateral distribution of the Pinch roll clamping force. Giving the Local hard injury judgment, compiling out of the simulation software for the lateral distribution of damping foreeand judgment for local hard injury on the hot rolling coiling process, and applying it to the production practice, researchers have analyzed the impact on lateral distribution from the factors such as pinch roll uneven wear quantitatively, providing a solid theoretical foundationon the proper use of the pinch roll.
