摘 要:为解决桩基承载力不足的问题,减少其桩顶沉降,对厦门长庚医院桩基工程后期施工的灌注桩采用桩底注浆施工。该工程实践结果表明,孔底注浆工艺在灌注桩中运用效果良好,能有效提高桩基承载力、改善桩周土体摩阻力,具有显著经济、社会效益。In order to solve deficiencies of the carrying capacity of piles in Xiamen Changgeng hospital project,this project uses the Bottom of Bored Perfusion construction technology in the later stage perfusion.The technology can enhance the carrying capacity of piles and reduces piles descended.The test results in this project after using the Bottom of Bored Perfusion indicate that the Bottom of Bored Perfusion technology has good effects in application of the Non-displacement Pile,it can effectively enhance the carrying capacity of piles and improve the soil's friction around piles,and economy and social efficiency are prominent.
