良好农业规范(GAP)在碧螺春茶生产中的应用研究

摘　　要：碧螺春茶实施良好农业规范(GAP)可以提高茶叶安全水平,使生产基地获得良好的可持续发展,给企业带来增值,促进碧螺春茶走向国际市场。碧螺春茶实施良好农业规范的管理措施包括:政府引导,给予政策、技术上的支持;选育优良品种,合理施用化学药品,采用综合防治技术防治病虫害;茶叶采收和加工过程注意人员、器具、环境的卫生,防止交叉污染,监视并在出现问题时及时纠正;能源尽量采用可再生能源,能够再利用的废弃物须回收利用,关注环境保护。从而保证茶场运营良好农业规范,规模化发展茶园。Lots of benefits can be achieved from using GAP in Biluochun tea plantation, such as improving its safety and quality, promoting the sustainable development of the tea production base, creating added value for the tea company, and boosting its competitiveness into the world market. Measures for using GAP in Biluochun tea plantation should be taken as follows to ensure good agriculture practice applied and develop large-scale tea garden. Policies and technologies should be carried out to lead the enterprise by the government; good varieties should be selectively breeding, chemicals should be used reasonably, integrated pest management should be implemented to control plant diseases and insect pests; personnel health, equipment and environmental sanitation deserve attention in order to prevent cross contamination, monitor and rectify the problems in tea harvesting and processing; for the perspective of environmental protection, renewable energy should be used and the waste should be recycled.
