摘  要:目的探讨AECOPD患者呼出气冷凝液(EBC)中亚硝酸盐/硝酸盐(NO 2-/NO 3-)的临床价值。方法随机选择AECOPD无创正压通气(NPPV)治疗患者40例,比较NPPV治疗前及治疗后2 h、24 h、72 h三个时间点EBC中NO 2-、NO 3-的变化。结果治疗有效组(A组)AECOPD患者三个时间点EBC中NO 2-均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);而治疗失败组(B组)治疗前后均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组NO 3-的治疗前后未见变化(P>0.05)。A组治疗前NO 2-与FEV1呈负相关。结论 AECOPD患者EBC中NO 2-与病情程度相关,NO 2-有望成为监测AECOPD治疗及预后的有效指标。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of NO2-/NO3- in exhaled breath condensate (EBC) of AECOPD patients. Methods 40 AECOPD patients treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NPPV) were randomly selected, and the changes of NO2-/NO3 in EBC before and after the treatment was compared. Results After noninvasive positive pressure ventilation and conven- tional treatment, the level of NO2 in EBC decreased significantly in the effective group (P 〈 O. 05 ), and it didn't show any significant difference in the ineffective group. However, there was no obvious difference on the level of NO3- in EBC between the two groups before and after the treatment (P 〉0. 05). The level of NO2- was negatively correlated with FEVl before the treatment in the effective group. Conclusion The level of NO2 in EBC increases significandy in AECOPD patients and is related to the severity of the disease, which can be used as valid indicators to monitor AECOPD patients' condition.
