摘 要:本文采用AODC法研究了碧流河水库2008年4~11月水体中细菌密度和生物量的变化。结果表明:细菌密度变化在6.09×107~13.9×107cell·mL-1之间,平均值为10.4×107±6.30×107cell·mL-1,其中5月份最高,6月份最低;最高值出现在5月份下游右侧中层(5.32×108cell·mL-1),是其它采样位点测定值的3~10倍,细菌数量水平、垂直分布无规律,细菌总数与高猛酸钾指数呈正相关;细菌生物量为4.94±2.37mg·L-1。杆菌长与温度呈显著的正相关,杆菌宽与温度呈显著的负相关;细菌体积与细菌数量、温度分别呈显著的正、负相关性。The density, and biomass of bacteria in the water column of Biliuhe Reservoir were determined with AODC method from April to November in 2008. The results showed that average density of bacteria in water column was 10.4× 10^7± 0.63× 10^7cell.mL-1, with the peak in May and the minimum in June. There was the maximal density (5.32 × 10^8 cell· mL^-1) of bacteria in downstream middle-lay- er in May, three or ten times higher than those in other sites. No regular horizontal and vertical distribution was observed in bacterial density, with average bacteria biomass of 4.94± 2.37mg .L^-1. The maximal and minimal bacterial biomasses were found appeared in May and in June, separately, as the case in bacteria density. The bacterial cells were shown to be positively correlated with temperature in length, and negatively correlated with temperature in width. However, the volume of bacterial cells was found to be positively cor- relative with bacterial density, and negatively correlated with temperature.
