摘　　要：选取电动汽车发展迅速的典型国家,从不同角度分析国外电动汽车发展机制,并结合甘肃省风电发展及其他具体情况,提出甘肃省电动汽车发展的几点启示,拟为甘肃风电消纳和电动汽车推广政策的制定提供理论上的支持与参考,也为其他地区新能源消纳和电动汽车的发展机制提供新思路。Reference to these countries related ＇tax policies, their electric vehicle promotion mechanisms have been analyzed from ditferent angles： the development plans of electric vehicles, the economic preferen- tial policies for purchasing and using electric vehicles, electric vehicles＇ market promotion policies and technical development trend. Base on these, foreign promotion mechanism framework for electric vehicles is summarized. Combining with Gansu＇ s wind power development situation and other specitle circumstances, some entailments are achieved for elec- tric vehicles＇ development in Gansu Province. This paper provides new ideas for the consumption of new energy and the promotion mechanism of electric vehicles.
