摘 要:针对基于汽油机改装的天然气发动机,开发了一套多片式电控系统,采用三个ATMEL公司生产的AVR系列单片机分别用作电控燃料喷射MCU、电子点火MCU及主控单片机;开发了便于调整参数的试验监控系统。通过台架试验得出了发动机基本点火提前角和喷气脉宽MAP数据,并确定了常温起动状态下的最佳点火提前角和喷气脉宽。进行了相同试验条件下原机ECU和多片式ECU控制的天然气发动机台架对比试验,试验结果表明:多片式ECU控制发动机点火有利于提高发动机的动力性能并能有效的降低排放。A multi-chip electronic control system was developed for an automotive engine fueled with compressed natural gas(CNG) based on a gasoline engine. Three AVR MCU were used as electronic fuel injection MCU, electronic ignition MCU and master microcontroller, which were produced by ATMEL corporation. A tuning up and monitoring system was also developed in order to adjust the parameters easily. MAP data of basic ignition advanced angle and injection pulse width of the engine were obtained. Under the same test conditions, a contrast test was conducted in using the ECU of the gasoline engine and the ECU developed and the test result shows that engine ignition controlled by the multi-chip ECU is benificial to improve dynamic performance and reduce emissions effectively.
