摘　　要：《承德石油高等专科学校学报》从作者、评审专家、编辑、发文量和出版周期等方面分析产生论文时滞的因素,通过提高科技期刊编辑部工作效率、流畅稿件处理的过程加快论文发表速度,缩短稿件处理时间,进而缩短科学技术期刊的论文发表时滞。The paper analyzes the reasons causing the delay of publication of articles from the perspective of authors, evaluation experts, editors, the amount of published papers and publishing period. It is possible to shorten the delay for publication by improving the working efficiency of sci-tech periodical, speeding up the process of manuscript processing, and shortening the time of manuscript processing.
