摘  要:本文介绍了一种新型的成形工艺-半固态流变挤压铸造,并对铝合金弹壳体(深筒薄壁件)进行了试验,研究了成形件不同部位的显微组织。结果表明:该成形工艺工艺流程简单,成形件表面品质优质。由于所受压力分布不均匀,成形件内部不同部位的显微组织存有差距。在零件的横断面,中部固相近球形颗粒数目增多,靠近零件内表面边缘的固相近球形颗粒数目减少,液相数量明显增多。而底部显微组织与半固态浆料成形前的显微组织基本一样。In this investigation, we combined a new rheologic forming-- semi-- solid squeeze casting process. A newrheoforming processing of A1 alloy with slurry preparation systems and component shaping systems apart was exploited and produced cannonball shells (thin--wall and deep--cylinder parts). The results show that the rheo--squeeze casting process operating simply and the parts--produced performed finished surface quality, because of the inhomogeneous press distribu- tion, there exist various microstructures in different positions of forming parts. The edge near the inner surface have less near spherical solid grains than the middle of components, but the liquid phase increased significantly, and the microstructure in the bottom are almost the same as the original structure of semi solid slurry.
