摘　　要：随着经济全球化的进程和我国金融体制改革的不断深化,我国商业银行业务范围不断拓展,竞争更加激烈,防范我国商业银行风险日趋重要。本文分析指出目前我国商业银行内部控制尚处于起步阶段,存在诸多问题。并提出建立健全科学严谨的组织机构;建立良好的内控文化氛围;完善风险评估体系等建议。Along with the process of economic globalization and the deepening of the financial system reform in China, China＇s commercial bank expand their business scopes, the competition among them is more fierce, therefore, it is increasingly important to guard against the risks of China＇s commercial bank. The paper points out that at present, the internal control of China＇s commercial bank is still in its infancy, so there are many problems. The paper also proposes establishing and perfecting the scientific and rigorous organization, forming good internal control culture atmosphere and improving the risk assessment system.
