摘　　要：经济形势的不稳定会使得需求忽高忽低,具有很大的随机性,变化的幅度也会随着经济走势的不同而产生较大的落差。本文通过对库存控制中需求不确定的情况进行研究,探讨了不确定需求下库存形成的原因,提出了不确定需求下库存控制的策略。The economic situation will make the unstable demand fluctuation, with great randomness, and changing range will also produce large head along with the economic situation being different. It study the uncertainty of demand in the inventory control and explore the reasons for the formation uncertain demand inventory, and propose uncertain demand inventory control strategy.
