摘　　要：以工业硬脂酸为原料,经简单路线合成了一种新型α-氯代长链烷基羟肟酸浮选捕收剂,进一步与脂肪酸钠复配得到一种复合捕收剂。将其用于某中低品位难选磷矿的浮选试验,经"一粗一精"简单浮选流程得到精矿品位30.73%,回收率91.27%,MgO含量0.67%的良好指标,且药剂用量少,表明羟肟酸作为磷矿捕收剂具有良好的选择性及捕收性。The novel collector of a-chlorinated long chain alkyl hydroximic acid was synthesized by a simple route with industrial stearic acid as the raw material. Its enrichment effectiveness was enhanced by formulating the hydroximic acid with fatty acid sodium. It was applied to the flotation test for a mid-low grade refractory phosphate ore. Through one roughing one cleaning flotation the concentrate grade of P2O5was 30.7% and the recovery of P2Oswas 90.2% with simple flotation process and less reagent. The result showed that the hydroximic acid as the collector had good selectivity and collectivity.
